2002 Astra G - C0131 fault, ABS and ESP lights on

Hi,
My car is a 2002 Astra G 2.2 16v petrol.
In the last month, about every 100km, the ESP and ABS lights come on, until I reset the fault with my op-com scanner, or with my mechanic's tech 2. The fault code I get is C0131 - Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction.

I've done some reading and found out that C0131 means bad ABS ECU or ABS pump. Is there any other option?
My other problem is that I live in Israel, where Vauxhall's importer doesn't want to support his buyers: an ABS ECU costs about 3000 quids! In addition, in all Israel there are about 20 Astra G and Zafira A 2.2 and not even one that can donate parts.

Can anyone connect me with a place that sells used ABS units?
My ECU model is 0273004591, pump - 24432511 ES.
