Matt From what I've seen on the web and TV, if it snows in NY, they make a big effort to clear it, so it doesn't grind to a hault like it does over here in the UK.
AceOdinn Here in Saint-Petersburg, all citizens are demand to dismiss the mayor of our city. 'cause nothing was made to straggle with snow at the streets. Only words that there are more then 1600 units of machinery are working on the streets 🙁 . I think it would be interesting for you to see all this mess.
