:x it annoys the crap outta me, your right Matt they do think its OK behaviour, their thick too cos they dont think for a second if the snow's got stones in either!
Last year i had the local skiprats lobbing snow balls off me sons bedroom window and he got scrared. I ran out the house right in the middle of them and shouted me lungs off at them. So far this year, no bother at all 😃
