as above, this is one of my Ported & Polished Throttle Bodies but its had approx 10 hours spent on it.
for the ones that don't know, my throttle body's have been completely de-lipped, bell-mouthed, highly polished & have had low profile counter-sunk screws in the butterfly, they havn't been touched in places that effect the running of the engine, there tested before there sent and give a good noticable gain.
these are a few plus's that you MAY see from these:
improved throttle response, reduce flat spots through the rev range, give better MGP, a more aggresive induction sound, etc.
this one was done for a member as a special 1 off due to the time taken to do it, he recently crashed his car and then emailed my asked if i would mind him selling it but instead i bought it back off him and here it is.
its had the usual Port & polish as well as the whole casing has been cleaned up and polished, due to the amount of shapes etc. in the housing it canr't get it too the standard on the internals but trust me its still shiney and looks great once fitted, really stands out and looks great as the finishing touch to your blinged bay!
