Diesel 2.2 X-Reg Vectra

Hi all.
Bought myself an X-Reg Vectra estate back in April. It's a 2.2L Diesel with _65k on the clock.

Did a quick google at the time and discovered this site - and spent the next few weeks worrying that my cam chain was about to go as I assumed that this was the engine in my car... Took it into the garage and spoke to some mates who said the chain wasn't rattling so don't worry about it...

Anyway, with the onset of colder weather last week the car has started to make a rattling sound when started from cold (similar to the vids in this thread). It was only then (after further googling) that I discovered that the Z22SE is a petrol engine... D'oh. Still, at the risk of sounding clueless (I am), I don't know what model engine I actually have...

So, a few questions:
1) What engine do I have (see pics below)?
2) Are there any major known problems with this engine.
3) Aparantly the timing chain was replaced at _30K (2005), the car is now on _75k. Should I be looking at replacing the chain, or not?

If there's a better forum to post this question on (here?), feel free to tell me to sod off and post on that one.

Timing chains can stretch on them, but usually with very high mileage, injector leak off pipes are an issue as are the injector seals(usual sympton is very poor or wont start at all from cold) boost pipes can and usually split with age, u will now if it has, lack of power and a whooshing sound from the engine bay.... think thats about it ,,,

normal thing on them to go is the bottom outter pulley or the altonator belt tenstioner .....

I'm guessing none of the above problems will result in a catastrophic engine failure as with failure of the timing chain. Just fix it when it breaks.
