Hi ya peeps I have just joined. Im Ben from London. I owned a 99 GSI a year ago had it for 7 months and decided it was abit juicy for what I use it for local trips so decided to sell it I had also brought a new Yamaha Raptor 700 quad and it wasnt getting used. I decided I had enough of freezing my nuts off on the quad so thought I better get another car and put the bike to bed for the winter. So I started looking at SRI's as I loved how they drove just didnt want another 2.5 V6 I always thought the engine was abit lazy and the manifold was cracked so not sure how much that affected perfomance. Was looking on ebay and saw a nice looking 2001 2.2 SRI so got my mate to email the seller as I didnt have ebay when the guy got back to hime I was shocked by how much he wanted so I thought a trip to Coventry was needed after the owner said how good the car was.
Got the train here and I wasnt dissapointed its done 82,000 miles 1 owner from new full Vauxhall service history carried out every 10,000 miles last being done at 76,000 and book fully stamped.
Bodywork is excellent few little marks but ill get them sorted. Also thought mmm that number plate might be worth some money Y62 BHP. How much did I pay for it?
