Mark_Dj I am thinking about getting AA road and parts cover for my Astra Sri Turbo. I tend to see more AA recovery vans about. Anyone else use AA, what they like? I like the parts cover on the deal they have, sounds good
blue_se2 I have RAC cover paid for with my tesco club card points viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16589&p=1152663&hilit=tesco+club+card#p1152663
MikeS spoke to someone at a vvoc meet about this he had a 2.2 and vauxhall replaced the engine as a result of the chain breaking AA insurance covered it however they wouldn't cover a rattly chain - had to be actual damage to car
blue_se2 the parts cover does seem quite good TBH working in a garage we have loads of problems with waranty companies they usualy say the items the customer would asume be covered are wear and tear and not covered but with the AA we have had better results plus they pay out quite quickly
Mark_Dj So if my Turbo goes on me when out in it they will replace it? I have took up the offer and I am now covered by the AA. It's peace of mind for me when I am working away and if my girlfriend ever breaks down she will get recovered safe in my car. I got vehicle cover and parts for £159 a year. I did not understand the personal cover part
