Opinions on Exhaust.

Hi All,

I am going to order a new exhaust system this week. The car still has the original system and the back box is knackered. I have decided to order a cat back Milltek system from Courtenay along with their adaptor for the 2.2 downpipe. Whats everyones thoughts?

I have used Milltek on my old Zafira GSi and was really pleased with it. I intend then to have a new down pipe made with a 200 cell sports cat so it is 2.5" from the manifold all the way through.

I can't recommend Milltek highly enough. They are an excellent system. The 2.5" inc. 200cpi cat downpipe will give you a healthy increase in torque. You will notice a difference by just fitting the Milltek. I have a Courtenay 2.5" S/S custom downpipe inc. 200cpi HJS cat. Quality item!

Hello Matt. Just realised its you when I saw the pics in the intro section. You know as well as I do that Milltek is the way. Ordered through the usual channels of Mr. Watts or Mr. Shield.

Hi John, I know how good the Milltek was on the turbo cars, but just wanted to know what they are like on the 2.2. I am now convinced and will order it when I pop in to Courtenay to pick up my Eibachs springs.
