Can ignore this now, all sorted..
Went down to my local breakers and got the heater control unit out of a 2000' Astra. Turns out you need to do is peel off the sticky cover on the front and replace it with the early astra one..! Bargin :thumbup:
Now just need a dash board to put the units back in.. :think:
