When you say re-programmed do you mean the o2 reset funtion via op-com / tech-2?
Most people after fitting the cheater, blanking plate (not forgeting the gasket) and then clearing the eml - reseting the o2 found the engine ran a lot better after a couple of miles. Have you got other mod's?
