Feck knows what went wrong with Si's car, but the dbilas manifold made a huge difference in my car, perticually the torque! Far more drivable and made it pull a lot harder. The cams are a trade off with a loss of low end grunt. The manifold has no cons.
That said, your probably not going to see the best from it if the rest of the exhaust isnt up to scratch. Its only as good as the weakest link in the chain. That includes ebay budget sh!te 200 cell cats that people weld in, or irmscher exhausts.
