Hi guys, My car is a 2.2 Vectra B SRi.
I've been thinking of fitting an Induction kit to my car but with the amount of heat in the engine bay I know I will get the opposite effect!
Some people I've spoken to have fitted larger cones (Cossie and Mitsubishi EVO) to their cars and say they're fine!
I've been thinking of adding one and a cold air feed from behind the bumper straight too it and maybe add a heatshield around it? Thoughts on this?
OR
Could I remove the 3 pipes and add a cold air feed to the airbox? Or can I run a cold air feed to the airbox without removing the pipes? I hear the cones inside the airbox restrict it alot, So would trim or remove them. Oh and add the panel filter.
