Fuel Inlet Manifold Leak

Had new cam & balancer chain fitted, but now I have a leak around the fuel inlet pipe, where it goues into the
injector rail. there is a large nut approx 26mm,
I have tried putting an o-ring on the pipe but this doesn't last long, I think something has gone missing
during the rebuilt, any ideas? there is a green plastic ring on the pipe that looks like a backing ring
, I guess there should be something else that forms the seal, tried a Vaux garage, who 'don't stock the parts'
any longer !

I had a similar problem though Vaux said for a replacement pipe I was looking at £130. I ended up using an Epoxy Resin to seal the pipe and mine was leaking from the pipe that went into the nut.

here is the part numbers

i used a plumbers wrench to tighten it up and i was missing the little seals and it didnt leak

suppose to be a o ring seal on each thread

sounds like the pipe with the movable bolt on the end is the culrpit - looks a shocking and crude design that
