if you get hold of a 2nd hand ecu, chip & transponder i will install it for you and do any programming if required

i know what it is like when vxhall come out with all these stupid quotes

yeah i checked for air leaks bud and found nuthing, the ehgine is in perfect condition except for the above.

i am sorry for my rant but i had to let off sum steam lol 😃

i will try to get a new ecu from ebay or sumthin but after spending to much at vaux i am a bit strapped just now.

UPDATE>>>

i rpleced the map sensor today and the egr and those codes heve gone but the P0606 code is still there.

i really cant afford to get a new ecu so is there any one kind enuff to maybe reprogramme or tech 2 flash my ecu plz plz plz lol 😃

i have an ecu, but the transponder ring is still in my car so im not sure it will be any good without it??? notsure.gif
unless anyone can think of a cunning plan.....

I have exactly the same problem on my sri150 51 plate.
only comes on when left over night. the fault is worse the colder it is. takes about 5 mins to clear up then the car runs fine all day.
What did you do to sort yours mate? as im a bit confused from the previous posts to what you did to sort it,
