all finished, im very pleased 😃
all in all with design, programming, milling, grinding, and set ups it was about 3 1/2 - 4 hours work.
obviously if you did want more the programs are all in place and i can probably turn em around in 2 1/2 hours or less if i can get near the quick machine.
(so obviously any more would be cheaper)
problem is im the programmer and its a bit obvious if i hold a machine back so i can use it in my spare time!!
i have put a small chamfer with a needle file around the outer profile, good chamfers on the holes, and left the ports sharp and just de-burred using wet and dry.
