as i have been been changing chains over the few months nufin major like 3 a day charging silly money so im not advertising lol

i have found that the bottom sprocket is being eaton up ( the sprocket teeth are becoming thin if i had a pic it would be make more sense) i checked the chain with a new one and it doesnt appear to have stretched so im thinking that the worn sprocket cause the rattle.

also im thinking how can they where when you can recently see they have been changed because the colours are still on the chain

never really noticed i know the teath wear like a motor bike chain but not took much intrest in the thickness ill have a look at some of the older ones ive changed and compare against a new one .... ive found a lot of rattles are from a jammed tenstioner wich will unjam when you undo it this can be seen by marks on the inner part of the tenstioner when stripped ..this is prob why they have gone with a new tenstioner ....had the rubber began to wear away too ??
