hi stu, first things first if not already done
cheap starter bits:
de-restricted airbox - FREE
remove precat - FREE
one of MY ported & polished throttle bodies - £30 on exchange
direct airfeed to airbox - £5/£20 depending on what used
decent stainless cat-back exhaust system - £100-£150 second hand
remove EGR and pipework - £15 if using an EGR cheater
this will give anything upto 155BHP ish depending on how good your engine is? and will help you deside if its worth carrying on!
then
cams (PIPER/COMP) - £150/£250 used
200 cell sports cat & downpipe - £200/£300 used
exhaust manifold (PIPER, etc) - £250ish? used
2.4 manifold - £100 used
high comp head - £100/£150 if sourced & took to engine shop
ported & polished head - FREE if done yourself along with above
balance shaft delete - FREE/£10 if done yourself
remap - £300/£400 depending
you should be near on it now.......
all the above prices are rough and rough power figures tho...
