J18BES hey guys my 2.2 150 has developed smoke, but have noticed also that there is a bit sludge forming in the oil but not the water ideas? and cost ?
J18BES its done 99k i took it garage today and he said not the head and that felt and drove ok. was a lil bit to much oil in it and thought that a breather pipe may be blocked but where would i find that ?
dodger I would drain the oil out and put some fresh in (the correct amount) I believe the breather pipe is between the inlet manifold and the throttle body
J18BES ok guys ive given the car a good dervice and clean out but still burning the oil. piston rings? if so anyone know of a price and anyone on here able to do it? regards james
