Don't forget a bit of heat to get the sensors out notsure.gif
Iv'e had my front pipe off a few times now and it's a ten minute job.
Undo the front three studs first (mine were 17mm) then do the back two nuts (mine were 13mm) don't forget to undo the sensors. One at the bottom of the engine bay behind the gearbox one behind EGR valve. there's two clips holding cable to car, cut them off.
When you put it back on, make sure you put the part to the manifold into the gap near driveshaft BEFORE tightening onto middle pipe. you'll see when your under there. I forgot and had to undo it again.
Did you have to give Reg for none approved cat? mines a 2001 (y) so should be approved, but i'm going for one of these, got a reg number off ebay for an X reg one if needed.
