After much debate i have reluctently decided to sell my vectra, mainly due to the fact i now need my own van for work over the winter period.
so it is an sri 150 2001 'y' reg in dark purple, car is in reasonable condition usual spec for 150, half leather etc all in good conditiion. got 10months mot and tax until december. car has got a slight dent to bonnet where someone has tried to steal my vauxhall badge (this is being repaired before sale) also a dent to passenger side quarter next to rear dor where someone decided to drive into it whilst it was parked (again not very big and will be repaired properly before sale) just being honest. both front tyres will need replacing soon try get them done before sale though, but are still legal just.
full service history and last service was done few months back by my self i might add along with a new balncer chain and cam chain kit from dealership, work was carried out at my friends garage and also had a new engine build new rings and bearings, new cylinder head with new valves and seals new head set all round including crank seal.
had a new cat just before mot and also now has a remus centre through pipe ( put on last week)
also the airbox has been derestricted and pre cat removed
car in general is very good has got some stone chips to front bumper but was like that when i brought it last year
also very small dint on driver rear door but cant really tell
car does use oil still (bout litre every 700miles) but isnt that bad compression test came back fine took it to a friend of mines garage who said its the guides but at present its not using enough oil to worry about just being honest to cover my back
i dont really want to sell the car as i was planning on tuning her with a new tweaked engine but as stated i now need a van or i would concider a swap for a vectra 150 estate thats in simular condition and mileage.
shall be putting on ebay once the dents have been fixed would be looking for between £1300 - £1500
although if it doesnt sell tbh i wouldnt be bothered in keeping her a little longer 😃
