Not sure if you know but my english springer - shadow died 3.5 weeks ago after 10yrs, very very upsetting for us all. Me and deb said we wouldnt get another until after christmas, but the kids were to upset and it was weird not having a dog around.
Anyways, we started looking on the dog ad websites etc, looked at boxers, mastiffs, but ive always loved american bulldogs, (the white one from incredible journey film), at this point deb asked what would i name it, (ive never had my own pet), i said casey or cassy, we rang this one up in carmarthan, and he had 12 week old american bulldog pups, the one we liked from the ad was called cassanova as he had a heart shaped brindle patch on his head, or cassa for short, weird isnt it?...whats more weird is that when he described him, he said he has a shadow under his eye and his brother is called smudge, (shadows brother was smudge who went 3 yrs ago), so that was it, it was fate, so went and collected him on thursday. His dad is 10gen pedagree registered, and his mam, 6gen pedagree registered, his dad is 57kg!!!!!
He's 12 weeks old and is 13kg.
and this is exactly his dad only his is bigger..
i think he's lovely...
