Baz got a new leek guys this time from the gearbox think its just a seal and also the mechanic says there a slight antifreeze leek he showed me where its comming from and it seem to be a unit in front of the cylinder head anyone know what this is ?

Daz thats the alternator baz,top hose go in above there,had look on mine and aint much else water wise around that area....Headgasket?
Baz doh lol like i said m8 i only saw it from under the car and the boy never told me what it was :shock: but he said there is a stain of coolant round the seal notsure.gif
Baz well guys ive had to move the car as the road at mine is getting dug up and ive had no leeks sinci ive moved it the engine got steamed cleaned to see where the leeks are comming from and the only one i have is the gera box which isnt a lot and my oil level has never moved in the dip stick mind you what a challange to get a reading on the stick a guy at vx said leave it an hour after checking and you will get the proper reading as it gives the oil time to settle
Baz well guys still goy my leek but have noticed if i boot the car it leeks but if i drive normal it doesnt notsure.gif very weird im sure its the same prob dodger had with the crankcase oil seal
Mark_Dj got a new leek I have some carrots and tomatos if you want them to go with your leek 😛 :lol: . Hope you get it sorted soon. 🙂
Baz been told of my m8 it might be a sensor which is causing the leek he had one on his v6 vectra from the same side and said that a sensor had broken any idea guys
Baz well guys my cars away 🙁 to get fixed 😃 phoned the dealer today told them the problem and i bought a new oil seal but have told them to have the car for as long as they need so its fixed probarly so ive got the v6 vitatra again until i get mine back going to stick it through its mot while its there think i needs a few things drop links being one of them and then when i get it back hopefully be putting my spoiler on and i got myself a prodrive rear apron going to pick it up at the end of this month doen in newcastle so all seem good so far 😃
