basically your big ends have gone, the conrods will probably be oval too, so you need at least a new bottom end 🙁
if you decide to replace the complete engine I have a 22,000 mile engine for sale in the classified section, £725 ono :thumbup:
your orignal head could fetch £300 on ebay or here dunno..
