Z22SE - C20XE Conversion help needed please.

Right Guys Heres my problem...

I have a vectra 2.2 estate (Currently on Ebay) As the valve stem seals are leaking so its smoking a bit.

BUT ive just had a thought, Ive got a few redtops lying around so im thinking of sticking one in there and ripping the 2.2 out.

SO will a C20Xe redtop engine mounts straight to a 2.2 gearbox? Will i come across clutch problems? Pressure/ Friction plate?

AND does the engine mount in the same?

I know the loom and ECU will need wiring in, I already have all that to hand. Is there anything i should be aware of wiring wise??

ANY help on this subject would be a great help to save my Veccy from a new owner, If i can pull the conversion off then i will be pulling it off ebay as its a real nice car.

Y are you selling the vectra? purely cos of the stem seals? surely would be easier just get a the head reconditioned i.e new seals etc?
anyway im not sure about the c20xe but i no a few c20let and c20net engines have been fitted vectras more then likely need new mounts though and im not sure the f23 gear box will go with the c20 engines im sure someone will correct me if im wrong dunno..
