Sri150 P1138 HO2S Bank 1 Sensor 2 Rich or High Voltage, Hi guys Can someone give me some idea what would be causing this fault, i keep clearing it and it comes back after a couple of journeys. Car is running ok with no loss of power and still averaging around 30mpg. Any ideas?
Sjdickso Sounds like 02 sensor have you got a 200 cpi cat? bI get this error a bit with mine running a sports cat.
Sri150 just a standard cat from when the car was built. i do have what sounds like a tinny blowing sound from under the car, more noticeable when im driving at slow speeds and in 5th gear.
MikeS the fault basically means the rear lambda is not dropping below a certain threshold - most likely .3 volts can be caused by faulty rear lambda, dodgy cat, sports cat, or faulty front lambda
