Need Opinions

Anyone with an F23 Gearbox, Need opinions on what you think of the gear change. Too smooth?, too clunky?, too far?, too short?. Any opinions welcome!

Also anyone with the quickshift fitted what do you think of it? Good improvement? worth the money? Too clunky? Anything you want to comment on please do!!

Also any problems anyone has had with these gearboxes anything at all!!

i think its abit to clunky and to long a throw heard a lot of good feedback about the quickshift and am planning on getting one soon 😃

i find mine a little clunky first thing in the morning but after a few minutes it seems to sort itself out.

i have a quichshift fitted and it's one of the best mod's i ahve done 😃

there is a group buy i was organising in the shop section take a loook if anyone is interesteed but i need at least 5 people to do it. 😃

i think its a horrible feeling box, the throw is too long, its stiff as an old ox on cold mornings and a bit like a bowl of porridge, the boxes in the other astras feel great, short throw and really positive feel, none of that spongyness 🙁

the difference in gearchanges is prob due to the fact the f23 uses cables whereas the rest of the vx boxes are linkage..there is a bulletin bout the poor change when cold,need to change a pin or something,will dig it out for ya
