Water in spark plug !

i've been running k-seal in my engine now for a week and very little change, it does make the car more copable but will it cause any damage? anyway decided it was new head time just fed up of trying to overtake and then car dying as i get side by side , found head with bent inlet valves £120, car running perfect before cam chain snapped and just hoping that this ones ok, is there a safe torque setting for these plugs or just nip them up, id rather keep tightening them than have to replace the head again.

i had the same story lads, trying to avoid proper solution - head replace
any of those shit stuff won't work and its only waste of faith and money lads :thumbdown: :thumbdown:
none of those products seal properly cracked thread etc etc

i think 25 - 30Nm is max for them or just dont tight them too much 😃 but dont leave them loose cheers..

sorry for taking this long to response but after pressures from my mechanic not to try anythink to repair the head (k-seal wich i bought) i decided to get a used cylinder head , looking on ebay wore pretty expensive and went off my budged wich already was long gone after spend 800+ on the car and 2 months passed and still not working.. but searching good thru quote websites found 3 cylinder heads at a scrapyard. Spoken on the phone with them 141pounds including delivery for complete cylinder head sounded cheap and order the best one after talking to theyr mechanic to send me the lowest milleage one and better looking. On monday getting it and hopefully sometime next week fitting it. They still got 2 heads there so if anybody interetested i can give you theyr phone number.

Now after i changed cylinder head and put all back togheter car starts but has missfires. Could be from the spark plugs or coil covers? Spark plug nr 4 wich from wich i had the problem stayed in some water when had the leak. Or can be from the timing again?

Tommorow gonna drive the car for it's MOT and try change the spark plugs and coil covers. Any ideas if might be somethink else? Or can it be because i just fitted new valves and cylinder head?

Also i don;t got no warning light on , car seems to drive well , just rev's drop kinda strange and at idle rev's arent constant, engine start a bit forced.

could be the coil pack or a spark plug, possibly even the egr valve

k thank's , tommorow at the MOT centre of my friends will change the plugs and coil pack , my mechanic said to check also the vacuum. EGR valve would have gaved an warning light wouldn;t it?

Changed spark plugs , but still same problem, and we checked old sparg plug and it seems all to be working. Put the car on tester showed no code. Made it;s MOT, at speeds over 20km/h and over 2000rpm car drives normal with no problem, all under car shakes and at idle almost stops. After i invested over 1000quid on the car i decided to sell it as it is and hope i can recover some of my loss 🙁 because my mechanic just left country and can't continue to fix it. Other mechanics want 500 quid to start take down engine again but to much for me.

just had the problem with mine used kseal and quick steal seems to have held for now ! i'll let you know how it goes at worst case spark plug is in their un till i change the head
