hi all, after getting a spare complete head to use for the rework to be done i'm alittle unsure if i'm doing the right thing?
my Z22SE is very clean, no oil at all gets through the brether, the TB is still clean after i re-fitted it last year, the inlet looks clean-ish (manybe abit of carbon) the EGR was clean when i removed it, etc, etc.
this head that i have now is completly the oppisite, i'm pretty sure its just lack on mantanance but why is it so bad?
heres pics of inside the head, the TB & the inlet, stripped it yesterday and the EGR pipe is solid, nothing was getting through it, my worry is that if i do the work to this head, i'm not going to be adding stuff thats goin to ruin my clean engine am i?
