The Astra and Zafira came with a front lower engine mount that was welded to the engine bed. The Vectra didn't and there is considerable movement of the engine under acceleration. I made up a bracket and obtained another bracket from an Astra that was being broken. I then bought an Astra mount from Vx and mocked up the assembly under the car. I had to drill and tap the gearbox housing and then i popped over to Daz so that he could weld it all up for me.
It's worked a treat. I bought a polybush to go in the mount too.
