Finally got my activation e-mail, and I can't access the admin link I was sent. Looking on the support forum, no one can either.

Finally able to log into the admin section of the site.

Can't create a VM though:
"Temporarily unavailable
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing capacity issues. We are currently working on this. Please check back later. "

Well it nearly got there! It resets now when it gets to the Resizing disk image stage of creating the VM
