rushy Right, I want to put a small PC tower (one of them half size ones) behind the telly and out of eye shot. This will be plumbed into my AV amp (DD decoder) and into thew telly via the PC input. All I want it for is for my iTunes and so my 5 year old can play her little games on the telly rather than using my lappy. With a wireless mouse and keyboard this should all work very well. The problem is I know nothing really about PC's. There's no point spending loads of money so a recon/second hand ebay job will be fine but I don't know what i'm looking for. I want it to look crisp on the telly like my lappy looks, have a minimum amount of storage but thats it. Any pointers guys, am I going about this the right way?
MikeS then half laptop / half towers are shocking m8 they suffer from over heating issues acer / HP do em but i repair quite a few most faults is the ati cards they put in em as standard
rushy This is what I mean mate, I don't know what you mean by an "ati" card LOL. What would you advise then, I don't really want overkill and have a full spec tower behind the telly. just storage and playback of itunes and basic web browsing for the little un but I want to put it all through the tally and AV amp?
