i took the car back to mark at RSR yesterday cos it was doing my head in.
the noise was getting louder.it was the flexi again.he said it could have been faulty from the start as it had a big crack in it at the top inside.
anyway they didnt charge anything so thats fair enough i guess, and now she sounds 'all good again' 😃

When that flexi goes its just an annoyance. I used to get that problem years ago with it breaking. Then it was the flange joint between the downpipe and the catback that was blowing. I ended up getting the cone joint removed in favour of a sleeved joint. No problems since. Good that you've got it fixed Paul.

was starting to think i wasnt going to be able to get to northampton 🙁
