I picked my head up today from the machine shop and im happy with the finish of it, only thing is theres alot of burr's in the water and oil ways and also around all the edges.
I asked the guy where i had it done if he thought it would be a good idea to de burr it and he replyed normaly people dont bother.
My way of thinking is that most people have belt driven engines wheras with z22se's with all the oil jets ,tentioners and so on only a small bit has to fall in and it'l cause problems.
Im a dab hand with a needle file so should i do it or not?
