Phil_G if so is it enough to do damage???, looks out compared to all the guides i see need to know as id sooner sort out any damaged valves now rarther than later when its back in the car
jaywanley Crank looks out by few teeth, may do damage if valves hit pistons but they may just miss, best turning it by hand and check for fouling. also whilst covers off get a new cam chain kit and then its easy to time up with the markings on the new chain
Phil_G ive just pulls the manifols off anc checked the vavles non look bent thank god, so ill just remove chain and retime up and jobs a goodun cheers
jaywanley sounds like should be ok then theres a pdf manual to time these up ive done mine my self using that and a haynes manual just remember to use all new boilts butthey come in the new kit anyway also check balancer chain for wear or slackness and might be worth doing at same time
Phil_G yea i planned on that any way, its all done now torqued up. just gott fit the new clutch and csc 2 moro then is ready to drop back in, then it will have the ultimate test to start or not to start lol
