68 m/m Throttle Body

Does anyone know if there is a UK supplier for this larger throttle body?

Does it have to be specially imported from USA?

Is it any advantage over a std throttle body that has been ported and polished?

Presently my car has Thorney phase 2+

I have a Tullet exhaust manifold on its way to me. I have a dyno slot booked with Courtney in a few weeks to fit a 2.4 manifold and ported & polished std throttle body.

The Tullet exhaust manifold goes on prior to going to Courntney's.

I would rather spend a little extra cash on the 68 m/m throttle body and get it mapped when I visit Courtney than buy the larger throttle body later and pay for another re-map.

Good advice would be appreciated.

the 2.0 sc 68mm tb is best with a ported head, cams and a 2.4 inlet manifold

but your ported and polished standard tb and 2.4 inlet matched with the tullet manifold will be a good power hike 😃

Many thanks for your good advice.

Hopefully the Tullet exhaust manifold should be fitted during the week prior to visiting Courtney. Then off to Courtney to have the 2.4 manifold and P&P tb fitted and mapped the following week.

I am looking forward to the return trip from Courtneys and to fun motoring for the rest of the summer.

Hopefully this will be the last large mod of this year.

Tullet goes on today.

2.4 and P&P tb plus re-map is in 2 weeks at Courtney's.

Can't wait for it all to be complete!
