I have had upvc windows and doors fitted for about 2 years now. I have just had them come today and finish the back door as it was still a wooden one. So now I have a nice new upvc rear door. I use the rear door all the time, only ever use the front door if someone knocks on it. We leave the house from the rear and come back the same way. Now from day one when they fitted the front door I could not get in from the front when I lifted the handle up over, it locked it sort of and I could not get back in notsure.gif . I have just been testing the rear door to the front door and noticed the rear one works from both side no problem, if I leave from the front I can't get back in dunno.. . When looking at the handle on the front door the middle part of the mechanism does not move when I push the handle down over, it works when I do it from the inside though notsure.gif . Is it dodgy or am I doing something wrong? Cheers
