There not too bad. The worst part is getting the old bushes out as you can see in my thread you need to cut them in bits to get them out.
Poly bushes come in two halfs so they just push back in by hand wich is very helpfull.
If you have ruled everything else out thats where i would start looking. I changed mine at about 78thousand miles so depending on your milage and if they are still the originals theres a good chance it could be them.
Have a good look and make sure it is tho :thumbup:
