got the new part today, was very suprised as i only ordered it from the Usa on monday!! thier post is better than ours by miles anyway..... you cant take the actuator off without removing the charger, not unless you want to risk damaging it.
so first disconnect all the hoses and cables that are in the way then off with the throttle body and how dirty is that!!!
that just left the rest
now it was time to go for it.unbolted that charger and had real problems with the bolts as they we well tight and were only allen heads on them.snapped one key trying to get the top left bolt out.
now i could fit the new part
this shows the vanes inside the charger.

put it all back together and hey presto work a treat!!! so a real bonus today as i didnt thing she would be back on the road for a couple of weeks.went like a dream. cheers..
