228bhp throttle bodies build

I rebuilt a vx220 engine the other week, the owner has just had it remapped by Webcon = 228 bhp 😃

spec: balancer delete, Eagle steel rods, TTV flywheel, CompCams stage 2 cams, ported big valve high compression head, +1mm wasted stem valves, double valve springs with titanium retainers, 4-1 tullet manifold + sports cat section, piper 2.5" backbox and of course Webcon throttle bodies 8)

I think the Webcon throttle bodies are starting to show whats really possible with z22se NA power 😃

The doc only supplied the ported head, I then modified it further for what I wanted :thumbup:

I have built many tweaked z22se engines, you need to read more tuning threads :thumbup:

Are you saying my garage looks as tidy as the Doc's workshop :lol:

The "Doc" had the head skimmed by 1mm or so when he had it on his Zaf, also using different valves raises it too (smaller hollow in valve head than standard)

So it's approx 11.5 CR on this engine
