Also have a look on opie oils website, I didn't use the standard GM stuff when I had mine replaced, as there are a lot better oils available.

Ah damn, bought it from Vx already - was cheap on TC though 🙂

Any hints you can share on trans oil better than Vx?

Well the stuff I'm using in the M32 on the VXR is 75w80

Gives a much better cold gear change, and really smooth when warm.

Vocky is running the same oil was you've bought in the same M32 box, and it's a lot cheaper.

This was my thread for the M32, but as it takes the same oil by default, suppose the same things apply, just a different volume required.

You will need two of these for the F23 and been using for three years 60K.

I did try two other 75W/90W fully synths, say no more soon drained out and used for air operated grease gun.
