Exhaust Manifold removal and renewal HELP!!!!!

Cheers Vocky - mines got an Irmscher back box, I'm guessing thats standard fitment on the SRI, and I have removed the middle box and replaced it with a stainless straight pipe. It's a bit louder than it was with the middle box fitted, but I don't really notice any difference in power.

If the pre-cat is removed will that really feel any different?

mines still up for sale mate, you can have it for £40 posted... as for whether the 4-1 is worth it, if youre after decent power gains and a a nice stainless sound its worth every penny, its just whether you have the disposable income for it. if you want to go onto getting cams/remaps etc. then it would be a good start.

Hell no, no sealing compound or anything before the cat - all gaskets are dry
