Flat bade wipers

Just bought some flat blades from VX tradeClub and on the driver's side one it's got this extra clip fitted (arrowed in photo) which typically!! I've not seen on any others, anyone else got this on theirs at all, not sure if it's to add extra weight to stop it lifting at certain speeds or what.

I have the GM flat blades also but can't say i've noticed that detail before. I have no complaints to their performance and would say that they are the best wipers that I have ever fitted to any of my cars. They work incredibly well, perfectly in fact, at very high speed aswell as normal speed.

Hope they work that well for me when I put them on, maybe yours doesn't have this clip thing as your's is a Vectra B going by your Avatar.

i have the VX/GM wipers fitted to mine and mine's not got the extra bit on and like johnnyN i think the flat bade's
are very good alot better then the old one's :thumbup:

Just had a look at one of the pictures of my Vectra C with the flat blade wipers fitted, and it does have the extra bit on the drivers side wiper
