Same here promised when moved in to this house i wouldnt start a job i wouldnt finish, therefore nothing gets done, her cant complain and has got a pair of hands :lol:

You can buy work surface cut to length and properly jointed ready to bolt up on fitting for near on same price as full lengths.
Good deal on sink and tap too.
I took measurements initially and gave them to the usual designers and a few other specialist companies and none said it was possible to get in what i have got in. Usually on corners they allow waste up to 300mm and they wont risk getting within 30mm to end of room and go for next size down in base sizes.
