accelerator pedal

Yesterday inspected my car with OBD cable and laptop. A have a question to you guys!
I noticed that my 100% opened trottle is in the middle gas pedal position!
I always thought what full trottle is a "pedal in the floor", but I have to much free running (I'm not exactly sure in last phrase 🙂 )
So, It's a bug or the normal work of electric pedal?

And besides I have an error of knock sensor 🙁

possibly, but the starter may be your worst problem, its right above the starter and its tight to get too with the wiring loom
