Great Yorkshire Run - 5th September 2010

I'm taking part in the 2010 Bupa Great Yorkshire Run on 05/09/2010 to raise money for Alzheimers Society and I'd really appreciate your support.

My Granddad was diagnosed with Alzheimers 2 years ago, and I'm doing this for him.

Training is going well. Done some longer runs now, and already upto running 7km comfortable :thumbup:

I completed the 10km in 1 hour 2 minutes and 43 seconds, which is more than 12 minutes faster than my previous 10km time :thumbup:
