Did this a few weeks ago but thought id give it a chance to see if it works.
Its a cheet to stop the 200 cell cat EML poping up.
I made it up out of a m18 exhaust bung/blank with a 1/2 inch hole drilled through the center and a bit of 1inch tube with two 22.5degree sets in it to make a 90degree bend and another m18 boss to carry the o2 sensor.
It takes the sensor out of the direct flow of gasses and cheats the reading. and also sits nicely between the exhaust and heatsheild under the floor.
Its low tech but its worked fine for me over the last 400miles and hopefully will solve it 😃
