Right,
My car is going back in next week to have the wheels paintd again (free of charge) as the thick 7wats painted them with the weights on dunno.. :evil:
ive been looking out for a aftermarket grille for it now for some time and i can only find the pre facelift 04>07 version..
i have found the irmy for an 08 plate but they start off @ £160 and i aint got that to spend atm 🙁

i been thinkin...
as its going in the body shop again,
im shaite with photo shop so i aint got a good example pic but i'l upload pics for you to decide.

I think just the V, then the rest will stll match the lover grille.

What you could do is grab some graphics wrap just to try it out for a bit before comiting to having it painted dunno..

Or do the drakey insulation tape trick 🙂

The front grille is apparently really difficult to wrap in the 3M Di-NOC stuff.

i have give the carbon wrap some serious thouht but as matt said, it gonna be a right bastard to get spot on like?

i ave seen an irmy with the surround that you colour code, looks the nuts but its £160+delivery that i dont have 🙁

Following the poll results i decided to do the V and chrome under strip on the main grille and the under strip on the lower grille.
here's some pics of the results.

Yes mate. lookin at the pics it looks lighter as the light is catching it but in the flesh its a match 😃
they charged me £50 notes tho 🙁
