cavaddict Mine was only cast on the 4 to 2 bit and just needed a bit of tweaking there. You'll find it gains you a few bhp...and sounds sooo much better 😃
JohnnyN Whilst this looks a fine piece of work, you may want to consider a flexi pipe somewhere up the front. There's lots of movement of the engine in the Vectra and it would be a huge shame for the pipework to break due to fatique. :think:
cavaddict Decided against the flexi as they look like they would upset gas flow too much...have decided instead to add another engine mount at the front to limit the movement as like you say...they do move a lot.
