The swirl flaps problem isnt that common TBH mate, its the HP fuel pump. The YH has one in the tank as normal which doesn't fail, then it has a HP pump on the rail which does. VX now fit a revised pump and so far they have all been fine. the old pump is made by Siemens and the new one by Continental, there's also a recal/rework for the fuel reg and handbrake so if you buy get it booked in for the work to be sorted. Symptoms Of the pump failure seam to be loss of power after 3000 rpm under load. If everythings working fine then its a good engine as said, with better fuel economy and power than the SE, also the Signum's a cracking car, better than the Vec and at that age you should get a few extra toys later siggy's didnt come with.
