P0141 fault code !!!!!!!!!

Hello people...

Can anyone help me on this one ??????
I have just fitted a new cat, as the old one was well knackered and giving off P0420 fault code. At the same time I replaced both the pre and post cat sensors.
However, the P0420 code has now gone, only to be replaced with a recuring P0141 code telling me the heater circuit is not working. I know this points towards a faulty new pre cat sensor, but I cant be that unlucky can I ???? 🙁
I carried out the pre cat mod that many have done on here, that wouldnt cause it would it ???
Anyone else had these problems ????????

Try closing the pins up in the socket, may be not making contact after removing. Has the first the O2 got two white wires (heater) and two others just in case sold wrong part?

Pre cat wont affect anything, mines been out for years with 200 cell cat, whats more passed emissions with EML.

yeah, it is identical to the one I removed from the old cat. it has 2 white wires which I have read are for the heater circuit, and 2 other wires.
Is just my bloody luck these days, and the shop wont have it back to exchange without a full printout of the active DTC code pointing towards the sensor. I have a code reader, but no way of printing it off !!!!! Unless I pay someone to do it, which I am having trouble bringing myself to do !!!! :roll:
